I'm still in the Caribbean frame of mind!
This is my latest paint by number is a sea turtle!
I built the frame for this one--a few false starts but I got it
eventually and I even remembered how to use my nail gun to secure the mitered corners! lol
Some lingering things aren’t pleasant, but the lingering Caribbean state of mind is very welcome — I’m still enjoying it, too! I’ve jumped straight back in to the wildness of daily life, but the sight and sounds of the ocean and the warm memories of our week are still very fresh in my mind. 😘 -Marsel
ReplyDeleteOh that one is going to be sooo nice!
ReplyDeleteThat's going to be really cook and I'm sure the frame is perfect. It's hard to leave the mood and memories of a wonderful vacation. I'm so happy for you and your daughter to have those memories and I'm sure you'll be going again.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
I love your turtle painting!
ReplyDeleteI have to say, the term "nail gun" makes me cringe. Long story.
ReplyDeleteThat's a fun one! I had to put together a frame to hold my needlepoint and it didn't go so well. I was just noticing that it was already coming apart. I'm going to have to redo it soon. Staplers meant for paper were not the way to go...lol.
