A Little Exercise

Bill brought in the weapon of destruction and I put it together while sitting on the living room floor!
I appreciated the mental healing being busy secured even if my foot was sore trying to keep up with me!
I got all four put together throughout the day, with lots of resting and ice in between workouts because my foot swells to amazing proportions when it is any position but up!  I used my 10 minutes of up time to finish attaching the backs on the last two units today.  I am making progress in small steps but progress nonetheless!

  1. Ow, ow, ow! Your poor foot!!! So sorry that you're recuperating, but glad that it sounds like it will be kind of quick with nothing broken.

I'm impressed that you got those cubbies put together!!! It would be impressive even without a foot issue, but with one....WOW!

    Take care!

  2. Oh wow! Well done you. They look amazing. You are truly a very independent character. But don't be in too much of a rush to get back on your feet - give healing the time it really needs.

  3. I love those those shelves. I think they will look great with all of your yarn and craft supplies displayed!

  4. Boy, you sure are your Mother's daughter--nothing keeps her down either!! LOL More power to you--love the shelves--are you sure you have enough of them?? Sharon

  5. no wonder that you hurt your foot if those shelves fell on it! but you can take your revenge on them now:) I can see them full with fabric and wool - colour coded maybe, a full wall of fun for you:)

Thanks for taking the time to let me know you stopped by to read my blog!

Give it a Try

I am trying to make a summer tank on the knitting machine; a maiden voyage!   After a few false start, it moved right along-even wit...
