I bought some similar but not exact BFL to go with the last 4 ounces I bought. I have the roving split up and started spinning it.
I have 2 ounces spun up on one bobbin and almost done with the second so I can start plying the yarn today.
So far there has been no more ripping out of this yarn--I might have the right formula this time but it is early days yet! lol This is only 12 of the 14" needed for the back before the armpit decrease.
I am feeling okay but the energy I feel comes only in spurts and doesn't have any staying power yet. I am hoping it will just keep getting better!
That's some pretty fiber! I get that energy coming in bits and spurts. I've had blood sugar issues all my life coming from a long family of history of diabetes. I'm not so good at managing it so I end up feeling pretty bad at least a few times a day. It's very frustrating especially when you are really excited about a new project and your body says.....nuh uh.
ReplyDeleteAny improvement is good! But I know you're itching to get back to "normal" so it's hard.
ReplyDeleteKeeping you in my prayers!! I don't understand any of the yarn talk, but I like what I see!! :)
ReplyDeleteHope you keep feeling better every day. I am always impressed with your talent. You do so many things so very well!
