I am working down the body of the cardigan, it is boring but it is progressing. I am about half the length I need to achieve. I will be taking it with me to a new doctor's appointment today.
I am hoping to learn some helpful insight today to explain the type of anemia I have and what to do about it.
I did wash and dry the wool I spun last week. Just like the magic of blocking a shawl, it is wonderful to see how washing/drying makes the yarn bloom and the plies to merge--delightful results!
I like it so much, I ordered another 4 ounces o
f the same lot to make another skein!
Gorgeous yarn that you spun. Good luck at the doctor's today.

ReplyDeleteWaiting room knitting is always so productive. My nerves make me knit like the wind....lol. It is fun to see those newly plied singles bloom. My last skein didn't change that much which was disappointing. I was hoping it would fluff up a bit. I'm not used to BFL so maybe it's a feature and not a bug.
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed for some answers.
ReplyDeleteLovely work. Wow! Hope your new doctor is able to give you the answers you are seeking!
ReplyDeleteYay for progress! I love the color of the sweater.
ReplyDeleteThe body can definitely be a slog.
ReplyDeleteHope you get some helpful news at your appointment!
