TWO DIFFERENT FINISHES

This paint-by-number is finished;  and I can't wait to paint another.  I must say that while you are painting all of the little spots, you kinda miss the big picture.  I love the point when it all comes together for you!
The blue one was the old doily and I did it!  I duplicated it with some #10 variegated cotton in the same weight, and I used a #10 steel crochet hook.  They are the same size!

  1. Wow to both! The painting because it's so glorious! and the crochet because, I can't believe you can read crochet!! Knitting is easy to read, crochet, not so much.

  2. The painting is beautiful. It's like that in some cross stitch too. You get a little done and it looks like a blog ............then you backstitch!

    The doily turned out great.

  3. I had to show The Mister all your finished paintings and he was very impressed by how many you've done. Then I had to show him all the other crafty things you manage to finish at the same time and he was astonished.

  5. Your are so talented and creative. I say that after every visit here, but it's true! Paint by number paintings are not the same as I remember from years ago. They were obviously paint by number. Yours looks beautiful! Wow! Thanks for sharing your creations!
