I did finish the Christmas table runner and
all of the food prep on Wednesday.
Here's proof I can bake pies, even if I only do it once a year!!!
The gathering around our thankful table.
After dinner, we did our usual shooting and I blew up an old stove by shooting the container of tannerite inside the oven!
Real country fun.
The kids did shooting, tractor rides and climbing trees.
Our house was full of grand-pups, too.
Good times! Those pies look amazing.
ReplyDeleteThe Mister always takes his empty aerosol paint containers out on a stump and shoots them. It makes quite the display of colors.
Oh, gotta have the grandpups!
ReplyDeleteThose pies look delicious. My sister brought the pies for us this year so I didn't have to bake. You made some wonderful memories with family. They will never be forgotten and will be remembered as good time. I prayed for you yesterday knowing it would be another hard holiday. Firsts are not easy at all.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
Sounds like a pretty good way to spend the holiday.

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful gathering, and what fun to shoot up stuff! LOL.
ReplyDeleteOh that shooting session must have been so much fun! I haven't played with Tannerite in ages!
