Lena is not impressed with my packing skills...
On the way to NY to see my parents!
And I woke up to this! It is blizzarding
every so often and then stops again!
Quite a jolt from our 81* yesterday to 29* this morning!
I did have a knitting disaster--when I got to time to turn the heel, the count was off and then I spotted the problem--two dropped stitches and one was all the way down to the toe! I ripped it all out and I knit it again! I made it back to the heel by the time I got to my parent's and turned it while in bed last night!
ohh Snow!!! That is a shock from the warm!! Glad you found the boo boo on the sock
ReplyDeleteI'm learning it's difficult to impress Lena.
ReplyDeleteHope your stay is good.
Enjoy the visit with your folks! You are more patient than I am, ripping out an entire sock!! Bless you!! Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteI think Lena wanted to go with you! Sorry about the sock but it's looking good now. I'm sure you're going to have a wonderful time with your family as long as you stay warm. We had some snow this morning and it's supposed to be 70F tomorrow. Springtime is sure interesting!
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
