Despite a lot of this....
I did get a lot of knitting time in and finished one sock and started its mate. It is a very long drive (8-9 hours) but we did it.
While I will NOT say Lena loved the trip, she did remarkably well.
Bound, labeled, washed and dried and ready to hand in to our QOV group this week! The quilt ended up 60 x 72" in size. Today, I hop...
Glad you're home safe and sound. That's a lot of traffic. Yikes!
ReplyDeleteI forgot you had Lena along! I bet she was glad to be home again.
ReplyDeleteFeels like it has been ages since you were here…! ♥️ - Marsel
ReplyDeleteKnitting time is the only good thing about sitting in traffic
ReplyDeleteGlad you're home safely. A good thing about not being the primary driver, lots of time for crafting. I'm sure Lena is happy to be home too.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
I'm impressed that you can knit in the car! I get car-sick if I read or concentrate on something in my hands. Better for me to do the driving!
