I did a ton of cutting for the pieces for the Shop Hop quilt--I will post pics when I actually do some piecing.
In the meantime, I keep on knitting; this is a waffle weave variation. It is an easy 4 row repeat.
A small branch of crepe myrtle drew my interest for a quick project to produce a vase. I always try to leave a bit of bark on for interest--...
Pretty! I've got to get my wits about me so I can finish that dishcloth. It takes me a few days after we get back to feel like myself again. Disruptions in my routine are cataclysmic anymore. I see now why they kept telling me to keep dad in his routine. We old folks don't bounce back like we used to. It's hard to believe that I'll be the same age in December as dad was when he started his decline. Sigh.....
ReplyDeleteLovely colors in that dishcloth. So pretty.
ReplyDeleteLove the colours!
ReplyDeletePretty dishcloths. Look forward to seeing your shop hop quilt come together.
ReplyDeleteI really like those colors. I need to start working on more dishcloths soon. I don't have very many for giving away at Christmas.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
