OUR WINTER FLOWERS

See what happens with plants that struggle all summer but adore a bit of a cold snap?!  This is a mini thunbergia vine.
Such beautiful blooms and I was pleased to see that there are many buds to look forward to even more!

I am looking forward to some more decorating today and even a bit of piecing!  I am feeling up to some action again!

  2. Beautiful! I've never seen an orange one - the ones they sell around here are always yellow!

  3. Winter is our growing season but I feel like my plants are still struggling. Temperatures have gone down a lot but they seem to still need so much water. Usually this time of year everything is much more green but we've yet to get any rain.

  5. So pretty! The cold finally got to all the things blooming in my yard. Everything looks pretty pitiful right now.

  6. Glad you're feeling antsy to do something. :-) That is a beautiful flower. My orchids just burst into bloom again today. I've practically been able to watch two of the buds open in front of my eyes. So pretty.
