A new block called out to me--
I made two and have the third one cut out and will piece it later today for a new summertime table runner!
I blocked out the second half of the shawl.
Left-before Right--after
Bill and I did some front yard weeding as part of the 'Front Porch Spiffing Up' and I even spray-painted the chairs--our sunshine does a brutal job on plastic!
Interesting and pretty pattern. Reminds me of a Greek key. Your chair re-do looks great!
ReplyDeleteThe new block is amazing!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful block. Love the pattern and the colors.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,

those blocks so pretty....good job on the chairs!!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about the sun. Our chairs like that always started cracking after a summer or two.
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning block!
ReplyDeleteYour shawl looks as delicate as a spider web. What a beautiful thing it is.
Now that I've got more sun on the deck I fear that my chairs might meet the same fate. It used to be the trees, the shade and the humidity turning them moldy green. It's always something.
I always love what you create!! Love the table runner! Well done on the red chair!!
