Slow Starts

I am knitting again on the Nurmilintu shawl.  It is pretty easy knitting so it works great for knitting while chaos is going on with family here!
Kai enjoyed taking a bath in the sink-he is so cute to watch dip his head under water and he thoroughly enjoyed himself and so did we!

  1. Love his little pie pan bathtub. Our parrot LOVED getting a "shower" from a spray bottle.

  2. It's so nice to be here and to be part of the action! :)

  3. That shawl is a beauty. I had to go look it up and now I want one. So many wants, so little time.
My African Gray will only bathe in her water bowl and it is a huge mess when she does it which is every time I turn on the vacuum.

  4. Oooo, that shawl is coming together very nicely. I like the contrast in the colorways!

  5. Being able to knit (or stitch) amid chaos is very calming (most of the time)! Enjoy.
