It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

This is what came in the is reward yarn for a job well done.  What job-getting ready for all my company!  I was supposed to save it for when they were here because I can knit socks in my sleep!
I must be dreaming!

*I saw this yarn and just had to have it!  What a fun yarn to come off my needles;  thank you blog friend for the idea!

  1. That works up really cute!

  2. Now look what you did. I just bought some of that yarn. They won't be done by Christmas but I will have cool Christmas socks next year!

  3. It is so neat how that works. How the yarn just makes a pattern like that.

  4. must be the season - I stumbled across this yarn:
but I resisted (not without difficulty:), because I wouldn't have time to knit it up before christmas - and also because I still have a ton of other sock yarn balls in stash! let reason prevail - until I cave in for something else:)
    happy xmas sock knitting!

  5. CHRISTMAS SOCKS!!!! I love it! May I put in my order for next year?! :-D

  6. Hahahaha! I love it! I'm working on them too right now, and they are bringing me so much joy. Wishing you a wonderful weekend and a happy knit! You're knitting them toe up! I really must try this technique one day. May I ask what kind of cast on/technique you use?

Thanks for taking the time to let me know you stopped by to read my blog! If you can't get the blog to accept a comment-email me! If you don't have a blog yourself, use my email so I can then email you back-I love to respond to those who leave comments! Thanks!

I do still find some time to do hand knitting!  Two pairs of fingerless mitts are completed;  and it is always a challenge to knit with blac...
