A Romp in the Studio

Krystle, my daughter-in-law in Seattle, asked for a romper with ruffles and applique ice cream and the #1 for Mila's first birthday party! 
And so of course, I made it for her! 
The bonus is this little bonnet to top the outfit!  Now I just hope the weather is warm enough for her to wear it!
