SOON TO BE TWO

The first hat turned out just right and now I am on to the second.  These are for  older babies in church.  I had hoped to have them both finished for today but it didn't happen.  Such is my story.

  2. I thought of you today. I met my newest grandson who is three weeks old when we took the 3 year old to see Santa. Daughter had a knit hat on the newborn but it was store bought and seemed very stiff and uncomfortable on him. I never knitted her babies much of anything because she's the fussy type that likes all her things store bought but I bet that little guy would have appreciated a nice, soft hand knit hat instead of that awful thing he had on....lol.

  3. Looking good! I ordered a new Sentro knitting machine that came yesterday but I haven't tried it yet. If you remember, I bought one a couple of years ago and sent it back because I couldn't get it to work. I decided to try again and after looking at the new one and watching a few youtube videos I realized the other one was broken when I got it. One of the "teeth" or "needles" was broken at the tip. Hopefully I figure this one out soon.
    Blessings and hugs,
    Betsy
