Nyki is glad to have me home all day, too. She hasn't left my side. It is good to be a lump and to rest today.
I finished one silk mitt! It used 13 hankies. I have written down my instructions,
so I can get started right away on the second one. My body is in slow-mo but my hands are in gear! Perfect way to recouperate from a few hectic weeks!
Mmm! The mitts are looking good. Is 13 hankies a lot of silk yarn?
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute picture of your cat-hug!
ReplyDeleteThe mitt is lovely. Glad you could have a down-day...
Love them! How did your Mom's turn out? Just love the pinks she used to dye her hankies!
ReplyDeleteAwwww... Nyki's loving on you good! What a sweet hug!
ReplyDeleteI really like those mits. 13 hankies, eh? I need to count how many I have.
I've never knitted with hankies. Does the silk knitted fabric catch on your skin like the hankie does when you're spinning?
ReplyDeleteYes, Pam , it does catch on everything!
