We started the morning with a visit from a Sandhill Crane couple.
Our Mexican sunflowers are raising their sunny faces to the sun.
The poinsettia from Marsel is just stunning.
The peas are climbing and blooming......soon we will be picking the green goodness off its vines!
Finished the Russian boot slippers. They are still too big for the kid I was making them for so will make another pair.

It´s so nice so watch your pics, while we have a foot of snow.
ReplyDeleteSweet peas are my favourite flowers.
Kind regards from Germany!

Mmmm...I think you'll need to make a run up to Georgia to share fresh peas!
ReplyDeleteAnd it's supposed to be winter?
ReplyDeleteHow neat is that, to see cranes in the yard!
ReplyDeleteThey spend summers in Alaska. We see them in the marshes. We almost always hear them when they migrate too. Want a noise they make!
