The vest back is completed so I cast on a pair of socks! Ahhhh, it's like coming home after a long trip!
Zigzagular socks and a skein of KnitPicks Stroll Fingering in Inverness Tonal.
The quilting is DONE! I was so over this project. The binding will be on it by next week and it will go in the washer for it's final processing step! (Then I will love it again!)
Can't wait to see that quilt in all it's glory. It's been a process that's for sure-but what a masterpiece!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on finishing this really big step... now that I've seen it in person, I can attest that it's a HUGE quilt... much more so than it looks in pictures!

ReplyDeleteLots of bloggers are OVEr projects right now. Good for you for the finish. Love your socks
ReplyDeleteThe quilt looks great! Don't you just love it when you put those last few stitches in the quilting and voila! it's fini!
ReplyDeleteI just cast on a pair of socks, because I think I am most desirous of that "coming home" knitting feeling. I also know that ugh be done project feeling, but I am excited to see that quilt finished! I thought it was very nice!
