I knit these for my son-in-law, Bruce!
It is hard to knit with dark colors. I'm even having trouble with gray these days. I love handspun socks. Those look so warm and comfy!
ReplyDeleteUgh, dark yarn.. not as much fun! Time to do something with a pretty variegated yarn to restore your sanity! :) Bruce will love them, though.
ReplyDeleteThey are a man's sock. LOVE THEM. I try not to knit with dark colors. It is hard on the old eyes. I do use a white or very light colored knitting needle for contrast when I have to knit with dark yarn. Lucky man
ReplyDeleteNot only is it hard to knit with dark sock yarn ... that's a lot of knitting dark sock yarn for a men's size 10 1/2!
