IT'S MID-MARCH ALRIGHT

They are just beginning to open up around the yard--
the amaryllis are just show stoppers!

I had to head back into the lab for a re-draw;  one of the vials was 'corrupted' and so the tests couldn't be performed.  The tech told me it's a code word for 'someone dropped a vial'! lol  As long as we were in town, Bill ran a few errands, too.  I was tired when I got home, but I could sit and group some colors for tulip blocks!

  1. Dropped a vial…now isn’t that something. Those tulips look fun to put together. They’ll be as bright and cheerful as those amaryllis.

  3. LOL! Now I will know why if that happens to me. But that sure doesn't work when I have to go back in for another breast scan because of my dense tissue. Bwahaha!! That will be a darling runner.

  4. It's wild to see amaryllis growing and blooming outside and in March. Here they are a potted Christmas thing and that's it!

LOOKING OVER THE FENCE

The main part of the table runner is sewn together now; I am contemplating adding a border but the exact design hasn't come to me yet! ...
