One Eye Done, One to Go!

Bill drove me in for my laser surgery this morning. I did pretty well except for the complication a terrific head cold/fever that invaded me over the weekend. My eye is a little sore but not much and even though the vision was a little blurry at first---there is no SMOKE OR HALOS!
The other eye gets done on Wednesday.

I am curled up on the couch with old Nova episodes, a tissue box, cough drops and ibuprofen.

Thank you for the prayers!
Oh, yeah, I am now the proud owner of some seriously cool sunglasses........

  1. Glad to hear that it went well today. I would rather just go buy some big bug-eyed sunglasses then get them the way you did!! :D

  4. I have to watch those old Nova episodes with tissues too. They choke me up every time, sort of like the Hallmark commercials:) Glad you're doing well. Keep resting.

  5. Those are really cool eyeglasses that protect your eyes! How was yesterday when you got your first eye done? It's good that tomorrow you're gonna get your other eye done. I prayed for your during your surgery yesterday.
