This one is Mom's Cozy Days Lapghan in all different bright colors. Her blanket will reflect all of the colorful flowers in her yard
and mine is the dirt! Ha!
There are lots of flowers to enjoy while we have outdoor chores--black-eyed Susans,
my Dad's roses, which smell delicious with their old time aromas!
And the moonflower is a long ago gift flower still going strong after many, well, moons! lol
Here is my Cozy Days--it is 38" wide and will be 50" long when I begin the decrease to square it off. That's Dad's cane poking nearby--he said he thought it was pretty which was nice of him to say since his macular degeneration has robbed him
of most of his sight but he could see the contrast
of the blanket on the floor when it was right in front of him!
I like both your flowers and your dirt! Funny thought but apropos! :) - Marsel
ReplyDeleteBoth blankets are beautiful as are all the pretty blooms!
ReplyDeleteBlankets and flowers are looking great!
ReplyDeleteSweet of your father to join in. Your mother's blanket is fun!
ReplyDeleteI love your description that your mom's blanket is her garden flowers and yours is the dirt in her garden! Black-eyed Susans are my second favorite flower. Love them!! xo
ReplyDeleteYour blanket reminds me of the beach or the desert.
ReplyDeleteI like both of them a lot, and the socks on someones feet! Flowers and dirt are a great description but I do like them both. And your Dad knows pretty when he sees it.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
