A Hand for You

I finished the plain little fingerless mitt.
Our driveway looks like it could glow in the dark!
The azaleas are all in bloom!
The mitts would blend right in with all these shades of pink/fuschia!
And then the swamp lilies are in bloom but much less showy than the azaleas!
And  I am very excited about this budding bloom!
(amaryllis to be!)

  1. Pretty blooms! I just bought a huge flat of mixed pansies yesterday. If it ever stops raining I'll get them in the ground.

  3. Love seeing some color this time of year. Still drab here with white piles (melting a bit each day) in the yard.

  4. 4 days to go and I am back in Florida for a bit. Cannot wait! Especially since winter returned here!! Lovely shades of pink in flora and fiber.

  5. Oh it looks like real Spring there. I like your mitt color!!! I may have to break down and buy some flowers! Just to put in a vase!

  6. I love that mitt color, too — very berry. :) The blooms you have right now look summery to us — we are still in the throes of flowering spring bulbs — azaleas are still a ways away for us!

SOME MORE BABY HATS

I added to the baby hat pile and even changed up the pattern with the finer yarn.  The one on the far left is really a pink;  I worked on it...
