What do you do when you wake up after several hours of sleep and you are done?!
Make hats!
These are the end of a skein of Regia sock yarn; two more newborn hats completed!
Look how different the backs look!
Talk about pooling!
When I advance a bit, I will be able to knit the hats in the round and I think this will be avoided.
Or at least it won't be so obvious at the back seam.
Work for another day.......er, night!
hm, I think I'd get into trouble if I started machine knitting at night:) too noisy in our small cottage... no problem with handknitting, but then I am lucky to sleep well most of the time! I hope you can make up the lack of sleep tonight!
ReplyDeleteJust look at them as reversible. ;)
ReplyDeleteGood for you! I was up all night too and I've got nothing to show for it.
ReplyDeleteOnce our daughter moves to Grad school this weekend I will be able to be in my sewing room at all hours. Her room is right next to the sewing room. Now when I can't sleep I will create instead of quietly play games on my phone in the dark living room. LOL!
ReplyDeleteThey will still keep those little heads warm!
ReplyDeleteThat is some CRAZY shaped pooling. But, like someone said .... still WARM!
