ReplyDeleteGood luck with PT. I went a lot with my dad but have no idea how you would go about that for a hand. My hands are so warn out from all this cleaning and carrying pots of heavy laundry that I can't even make a fist. I was just thinking about looking up some hand stretches if I ever want to use them for crafting again.
