SONGBIRDS

The songbirds are so numerous in the front yard feeders!  I willl try to get better pics soon.  This Evening Grosbeak is not common for us in Florida so it is a real treat!  I counted 11 different birds at one time but I ran for the camera all but this guy had flown away!

  1. Birds are a delight to watch. Since Spring is teasing that it’s near, the birds are gradually returning, building nests, and slowly starting to sing and chatter. I love it!

  2. Love! I've had chickadees, grackles, starlings, cowbirds, sparrows, finches, blue jays and cardinals at my little window feeder, but they are so hard to get a picture of.

  3. I've seen a bunch of different types of woodpeckers this past week. I thought we only had the big red headed ones but it seems we've got some smaller, darker ones too. They do make a racket out there.

  4. We love watching (and listening to) the birds. We have a good variety in our yard.
