Turning a Heel

 I work a little on the second Solar Sock and finally turned the heel.
The color of this yarn is superb--it has a sheen that gives it a great finish.
In the evening, I work a few rows on the Begonia sweater;
I am halfway through the first chart-half of the leaf is completed.

One project has only 64 stitches and the other, 260 stitches!
I fly through the first and savor the latter.

  1. I always like to have a small project going at the same time as a big one. Right now I've got too many big and too many little.

  3. The socks will go nicely with the sweater. 😊 The colors complement each other.

  4. I do the same. Usually at least one pair of socks in my "to go" bag and larger projects at home. I just finished a pair of socks about ten minutes ago as we're driving across Oregon! I had those on the needles for what seemed like a long time.

  5. Funny how different the colors of the solar socks look in this picture! Both projects are lovely already.

AHHH, SOCKS ON THE NEEDLES!

 The new yarn is pleasant to work with--enjoy as soft as KnitPicks Stroll but not as rough as LionBrand's sock yarn.  I do love the colo...
