WOOD ON WEDNESDAY

A few of the things that entertained me on the lathe;
 2 spalted oak vases (6" and 5")
and another grapefruit square bowl (5 1/2" x 3")
  I am experimenting with different finishes and this time
I used friction polish--a bit tricky at first
but I got the hang of it eventually! lol

  4. So pretty, I love the bowls you're making and I've never heard of spatted wood. They are gorgeous vases.
