FO But Not Blocked

A little knitting is happening in spite of a major back spasm.
A pinched nerve?
Pain...
I can knit, if I don't move too much,
don't yank the yarn out of the skein,
don't turn to look at my notes.
The sweater was a quick finish on the machine-
I did add the button bands and neckband by hand--
I can't skim that carriage back and forth.
I like the lace at the front and back hem;  it was a good exercise in design.
And the only exercise I am doing right now!

  1. What's up with these back spasms? I never heard of them before and now everyone has them including me. I was down and out for a week just last month. They really hurt and I have no idea what causes them. They just seem to show up. Ugh.
    Feel better.

  3. Oh no - back pain is horrible and pinch nerves are the worst! I've got something on in my shoulder right now... I can knit and sew if I'm careful, but I can't cut any fabric which is what I really need to do right now. Hope you're on the mend soon!
    Love that little cardi!

  8. ouch, that sounds painful:( I hope it'll be gone soon, nothing worse than getting the knife in the back with every movement:( maybe rest and topical heat will help?

AHHH, SOCKS ON THE NEEDLES!

The new yarn is pleasant to work with--enjoy as soft as KnitPicks Stroll but not as rough as LionBrand's sock yarn.  I do love the colo...
