We enjoyed opening this new project, Diamond Dots. Since it only came with one tool for placing the dots, we raided the pencil box and found a pen with just the right opening so I could play, too!
My brother and his wife arrived to join the gathering; we now have a full house! The birthday party will commence tonight.
The sunset was glorious last night but too cloudy for me to sight the Green Comet! I keep trying! Have any of you seen it?
Looks like Diamond Dots would drive me carzy! LOL No green comet sighting here. Grey, grey, grey days and plenty of clouds.
ReplyDeleteI didn't even know a comet was around! I guess I should watch the news more often? Enjoy your family time!
ReplyDeleteI've seen those diamond dot projects when I go paint by number shopping for The Mister. He hasn't been tempted-yet. I'm trying to get him back into potholder making because I really need some but I can't tear him away from his paintings....lol.
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen the comet yet either. It's been too cloudy and they say the best time to see it is in the early morning but even when I am up before dawn I always forget.
No, I haven’t seen the comet or even tried.it’s too cold to be out at that hour.
ReplyDeleteI only found out about the comet yesterday, but I think by then it's was too late to see it here(last night was mostly clear, but I didn't see it when we were out). The full moon will also make it harder to see.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time
It's been cloudy here at night, and now it's raining, so no green comet in sight. My sister loves those diamond dots, but I don't have the patience for that. Have a fun birthday celebration!
