SWEET AROMAS

The Tree Crinum is flowering and the sweet aroma wafts for dozens of feet away!  It is lovely because it is right outside of the lanai and I can smell it while seated there.

The Plumeria is also in bloom and adds its delicious perfume to the whole pool area!  There are not too many flowers that smell delightful as well as look that way, too, in my yard!

  1. Pretty! We have some honeysuckle that has started blooming and it is very fragrant - particularly late afternoon and early evening.

  2. Those both are such wonderful smelling flowers. I can imagine how nice it would be to have them in my yard.

  3. Things are blooming here that smell nice too but I can't identify them. I do know the honeysuckle is now in bloom but there are also some shrubs that smell wonderful. I see plumeria listed with the soap fragrances all the time but I have no idea what they smell like. I might have to give it a try sometime.

COLD FOR CHRISTMAS!

Yup, a cold snap already which I hate for my flowers' sakes  but the fire sure makes a good consolation!
