IN SUMMARY

My niece makes these wooden cow faces for wall art--they are 12" tall and full of character!  I'm bringing one home with me-they will soon be for sale in her Etsy shop.
We played at 'Dots' and made two hats in between family visits!!
We also made this Valentine heart 'basket'.  You know how you have plans to make a bunch and then you find that even making one was a stretch?  Yeah, that's how this idea turned out!
We made one and were done! lol
Sadly we are packing up today and flying home.
I have my DH and kitties to welcome me home at day's end.
So grateful for a wonderful whirlwind of a visit!

  2. What a wonderful trip you had! The idea of family all crafting together is so cool. The only thing we like to do together is cook but I guess that's what I get for having 2 sons and 5 grandsons. In a male dominated family all we do when we get together is watch sports and eat....lol.

  6. You sure accomplished a lot, and it sounds like you also had a fun visit. What pattern did you use on those hats? It looks similar to one I'm working on at the moment. It is nice to be back home, isn't it?
