Pitiful!

 On the first of the month, I always pay bills online then enter them in the check book register.

I couldn't believe how lame this thing had become!

I sew-I fix things!  

How could I let this deteriorate like this without doing something about it?

Sometimes I look at something and don't really look at it-you know what I mean?

 Well, a few scraps later with a bit of batting and I have a check book cover that is attractive again!

Hardly anyone but us sees it but we count, right!?

I can't wait to use it!

Bill says it is too bulky to fit in his pocket now.....sigh.

It will look pretty until he goes to the credit union and gets a shiny new vinyl one again.
