Comfort Socks

How wonderful the plain sock knitting feels!
I was mistaken on the content of this yarn-
it is 50/50 nylon and acrylic.
It has the light feel of cotton, hence my mistaken opinion.
I think I will be doing the leg in  k3,p1 rib
which looks like a stockinette leg but stays up better with the rib.

  1. I've got several balls of that yarn that I've never used. It may have to get in line. It looks very interesting and seems like it would be a good transition sock when it's chilly but too warm for wool.

  2. Nice colors in that yarn. I don't think I've ever seen that (50/50).

  3. That is such a pretty sock. Love the color combination and the content sounds perfect for a fall sock. Not quite as warm as wool but still nice and cozy.

  5. It's hard to beat a plain vanilla sock with a ribbed cuff. I like the colors and striping of your sock.
