Bee Sweet

 I cut out a bunch of golden blocks for a honeycomb--
this lap quilt will be for a friend who is a beekeeper!
The first of the bands from Dorian make itself known.
Turn up the volume-you can hear the wind/driving rain.

  8. Wow, that wind and rain is stout even though it’s pretty mild compared to what it could have been — can’t imagine being in the worst of it, especially on an island. :(

FRIDAY FINISHES!

The 3-yard quilt top is all sewn together and ready for the quilting frame!  It was pretty easy to stitch it and even a bit boring to just k...
