I've moved from dishcloth to a blanket
using the C2C (corner to corner) stitches.
You just follow the graph diagonally in a kind of intarsia method.
It is harder to describe than it is to do! lol
As I worked along, I wondered if the graph would also work for a quilt; using different shades of the key elements to produce the design! I think it will make an interesting study to compare!
There are several free patterns available for these newer crochet patterns. It's good to learn something new!
A cozy blanket to pull over you when the chill winds start to blow!
ReplyDeleteThat makes my head spin! It's going to look great though.
ReplyDeleteFun! I did a C2C once with a sheep on it. I gave it away to a new baby. Lots of fun to do and much easier than it looks. :-) Your's is going to be great!
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
That is going to be very cute. I'm looking forward to seeing how this works going forward.
ReplyDeleteNow that is cool!
ReplyDeleteYou are branching out into so many neat areas! I love the paint pouring!!!! And the C2C is very intriguing, but I hate to crochet. Still in awe of what you get done! Love the table runner.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun project!
