Starting Fresh-Leave the Old Behind

 I reworked this little child's mittens so they match-imagine that!
Now I need to know out a bunch of pairs for the donation box!
I finished the second dishcloth to give away--the skein is gone and that is good!
Now I will work some in dark brown for Fall, too.
I worked the edge like I do on the sock scrap blanket==I slip the first stitch as if to purl
and then bring the yarn to the back to work the rest of the row in garter;
 this smooths the outside stitches.
Why?  Just because I could!

  1. I love all the orange!!!! When I was a teen I had my dad paint my room bright orange. It took forever to paint over it-a fact he never let me forget.

  3. It looks like fall in your craft room! Lots of orange. I slip the first stitch sometimes too. Just for something different. Love those sweet little mittens to keep some little hands warm.

  4. Looks like orange is the color of your world right now! I think it's my fav color next to green, so I say bring it on.
