SHADOW SELF

I managed to make another hat--this one looks nice to me with the Fall colors on one side
and the winter ones on the other!
Block #4 of my 12  is completed and steamed out.
I've already half done with another one!

I've been a bit impaired this week ..the pharmacy has been out of one of my MS meds, a Class II drug which has caused withdrawals....it has not been pretty.  I'm glad to say that I finally got the doctor and the pharmacist on the phone together to work it out.  I never want to repeat this nonsense again!

  1. Oh, my that sounds terrible! My grandmother went through something like that once and it was not pretty. She ended up hospitalized but that was way back before doctors realized that withdrawal from certain drugs was a thing. I hope you are feeling better soon and that hurricane heading your way minds its own business.

  2. Oh Cindy, I'm so sorry about your med issue. I went through that once and it was awful. I hope that by now you have had your prescriptions refilled and are feeling a bit better.
On the upside, the hat is beautiful and that square turned out fabulous too. I love the design in it.
How are they predicting the hurricane will act near you? I'm praying for your safety my dear friend.
    Blessings and hugs,
    Betsy

  4. Ugh... withdrawal is not fun. I take narcotics for my back pain, and when it's not bad, I try to take less of them. It does come with a trade off though! Hope you're feeling better.
