I created a sea turtle--the legs become fins
and I added a bit of design on his shell.
Another mini-jellyfish.
A new stitch called linen stitch which is a misery in knitting
but is a delight in crochet!
It makes a pretty woven-looking fabric!
Best of all, it works up very quickly and no counting!
The texture on the dishcloth is not only pretty but functional. Cute sea creatures, too.
ReplyDeleteCute creatures. I sure hope you feel better quickly.
ReplyDeleteI've been praying for you to feel better very quickly. Your sea creatures are so cute and the dishcloth is pretty and functional too.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
Such lovely colors in those projects! They all coordinate beautifully.
ReplyDeleteThere is a cowl I would love to make, but it's linen stitch!!! Argh. But though Linen St makes gorgeous use of variegated yarn, it's just not worth it to knit all those slipped sts round and round.
ReplyDeleteLove that turtle! I just unearthed my linen stitch cowl pattern and am now wondering whether it's worth starting. Too bad I don't crochet, right?
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute turtle!! love the teal colors you are using!
