One Day to Catch My Breath

So I spent most of yesterday in bed
dozing and knitting.
I guess this new health pattern is ramping up its ugly head.
There is a hefty price to pay to over-scheduling.
So now I know the rules of engagement!

I hope to catch my breath so I can
do some sewing in the studio today!

  1. Sometimes the rules of engagement say to disengage.

I know it is a hard path to walk. We WANT to do so much. But, if we don't abide by our body's rules, we end up down for the count.

  2. I'm sorry that you had to stay in bed and I hope you're feeling better now. I've been down for the count for almost a week and a half. No energy to do anything at all.
    Blessings,

  3. I hope this flare passes with rest. Love the hats, especially the one with the blue stripes.

  4. Yep. The Mister and I are finding out the hard way we just can't push like we used to. His hip went out and my back is killing me. We're taking the weekend off from the kitchen work. It will keep-we won't. Lol....

  7. My back is like that... it has its limits, and if I push it past it, it pays me back by making me spend a day or two in pain.

At least we can still knit while resting!
