The binding was applied yesterday.
Now to toss it into the washer/dryer so I can wrap it
and give it to my beekeeper friend, Lisa!
On the knitting front,
I am continuing to knit dishcloths!
I lost some good knitting time with the time change,
I usually knit all 45 minutes to church but it was dark on the way IN and back now.
I sewed pj bottoms for the boys-
everyone likes a new pair of flannels when it gets chilly!
Check out the blue flowers in this 20' tree
in my son's yard.
The morning glories grew and grew and now finally they are blooming!
Isn't that a beautiful tower of flowers!?!
The beekeeping quilt is lovely. So are the morning glories — the blue ones are my favorite!
ReplyDeleteWe've had several freezes so everything is pretty much dead but yesterday I noticed and entire fence filled with the most gorgeous morning glory blooms. We walk past that fence on the boardwalk all the time and I never saw such blooms before. Odd that they would wait until it was so darn cold. They are talking snowflakes on Monday. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteLove the Morning Glories on the tree!
ReplyDeleteQuilt has turned out beautifully! Love the yarn you’re using for the dishcloths, so pretty! Xx
ReplyDeleteSo many wonderful things going on!!!
ReplyDeleteI have to remember you live in Florida! Morning glories are so so lovely. We are snow covered and frozen here!!!
ReplyDeleteFlannel pjs are the best! Lucky boys!
