Enthralled!

Lena has been introduced to 'Cat TV' for the first time;
 I chose some birds and squirrels eating on a stump.
 Puff Daddy tried following the birds right next to the tv and looking behind it
but Lena just sat there like this for 30 minutes-the only thing moving were her whiskers!
This is a friend's plumeria (frangipani);
mine is yellow and hasn't bloomed because I repotted it!
 In Hawaii, this is one of the most popular lei flowers!

 And for Inktober day 15, OUTPOST,  I have painted a Spanish outpost built in the 1740's.

  1. Cats are so funny. Our cat used to ignore the television completely, until the football (Rugby League) came on!
    Frangipani used to be very popular in Australia but I don’t see them around much any more. They seem to have gone out of fashion.

  2. So that is what plumeria looks like. It features very prominently in a book I was listening to.
    I like your outpost. That was a fun one but I discovered that drawing or painting rocks is hard. Your stone walls are great.

  3. We used to turn cat TV on all of the time, especially for Frannie and Amelia. They loved it and crawled all around the TV looking for those birds and squirrels. It sounds like the same video we had on utube fore them.
    Great drawing. The stones look so real.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

  4. Lena is ready to pounce. I recently learned about Cat TV and Cat Games. It’s an interesting concept. I love the smell of plumeria!

  6. My cats rarely pay attention to whats on the TV... and we watch a lot of nature shows.

COLD FOR CHRISTMAS!

Yup, a cold snap already which I hate for my flowers' sakes  but the fire sure makes a good consolation!
