What a sweet little bowl-
5 x 3" of wormy maple.
I've got the signing thing down finally-it's not so intimidating any more to use the wood burner tool! lol
Bill found a metal shelf for me to use for my wood since I had to pass on my last shelf. I had to wire brush the rust off and then I was able to spray paint it--it dried in no time with our sunshine and breeze ! You get a sneak peek at my newest bowl!
I have made good progress on the sock though the color hasn't gotten any easier to work on! I am almost ready to begin the 2 x 2 rib up the leg.
That is a sweet little bowl! It is interesting to see your wood stash. We spent yesterday arranging and sorting The Mister's wood stash now that winter is coming to an end. I have to say it wasn't nearly as much fun as what you're having with yours....lol.
ReplyDeletePretty bowl!
ReplyDeleteSuch a charming bowl!
ReplyDeleteReally, really lovely.
ReplyDeletePretty, pretty bowls! And the sock is coming along FAST! I need to get another pair of socks on the needles but I've been making mittens so that I'm not behind when we move and I don't have lots of knitting time.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day my friend!
Blessings and hugs,
Betsy
Great job - the bowl has an appealing shape. I give my niece a bad time for not signing her work. I think it’s important for an artist to take credit for their creations.
ReplyDeleteLovely! I've got to dig out a new ball of yarn for some new socks tonight.
