Visually Impaired

I was able to sew the blocks for a row together before the dr appt yesterday, to be sure it fits--math can be elusive sometimes! lol  But this time I am glad to say that it fits perfectly!
Since my vision is so miserable, I pulled out the classic dishcloth because I can knit this with my eyes closed, literally!
I'm on meds for the eyes but I am still waiting for it to kick in.
Pain is a miserable companion.

  1. I'm so sorry to hear your eyes are still bothering you. Since misery loves company let me tell you that my thrush is still driving me nuts. I had to go to my doctor on Wed. because the anti fungal Urgent Care gave me was causing blisters in my mouth on top the thrush. Ugh. He took me off everything and now just wants it to heal naturally which is miserable. It gets a little better everyday but I am so over it. Your concoction helps a lot.
The quilt crosses look great. There is no way I could have figured out the math on that one.

  2. Pain, and poor eyesight is a double whammy! I hope you're feeling and seeing better soon.

  3. Oh my dear friend, I'm sorry to hear that you're in pain and still can't see either. Not fair! I will keep on praying that you'll soon be better. The quilt is looking great and I'm impressed with your math! :-)
    Blessings and hugs,

  4. Hope you find relief soon! Love the bowl making and the SAHRR progress! And when in misery, knit simple!
