Whatever I Want

 I have a 10" length of Sycamore on the lathe for a vase. It is not a straight piece so there is a variation in the bark and bumps.  I ran out of time but I can see what I want to do with it now and I will finish it today.

Along with the chimney...

And the table runner....

And the sock is almost done.

I have high hopes for the day;

may my stamina last as long as my list!

  1. The days do fill up don't they? It's been raining cats and dogs for three days here so I've got getting outside on my list as soon as possible.

  3. You have lots to do! I had a busy morning getting groceries and then on the phone with a whole slew of people regarding the official closing on the house which was at 8:00 a.m. central time. They've had our signatures on all documents and we wired them full payment for the house last Thursday so I guess this was a mystery time someone selected! Locksmith is scheduled for Thursday. Mandy is going to choose a paint color and have it painted by the time we get there in May, (fingers crossed).
    Blessings,

  6. Brilliant to be so talented at some many things! Your creativity is always inspiring. I'm wondering what's going to emerge from that lovely piece of wood ... Sycamore trees can be a pain, but the wood is so attractive.
